This voucher is valid for 12 months after purchase.

1. All bookings made with Monetary or Experience Vouchers are subject to availability and must be made in advance by calling reservations on 020 7636 1178 or booking on-line, quoting the unique reference code in the notes.

2. Pied à Terre Monetary or Experience Vouchers not used within 12 months of issue will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange. We do not extend the voucher beyond the stated 12 month validity period.

3. Menu and experience prices may have increased by the time of redemption, so please be mindful that a further payment may be due on the day of the visit.

4. Monetary Vouchers can be redeemed in full or part payment on the final bill.

5. Monetary Vouchers can only be used for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher, and will be automatically forfeited.

6. A Kitchen Experience Voucher covers a welcome coffee, time in the kitchen followed by 4 course lunch and a goody bag. Additional lunches for guests are charged as taken.

7. The value of an Experience Voucher (Kitchen Experience, Masterclass, Tasting Menu) can be used as a monetary voucher if preferred.

8. Experience vouchers do not include optional service charge; an additional voucher is suggested if the recipient is to pay service charge.

9. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
